(265/365) Ronden (Grand Rounds), paper sculpture by Birgitta Ahlberg at Universitetssjukhuset Linköping. This sculpture depicts a pioneer in otorhinolaryngology, professor Gunnar Aschan (famous for his measurements of nystagmus, among other things) on his weekly grand rounds of the department. As the picture shows, he was not only a great researcher and physician, but also somewhat of a character. (She left out the cigar he always smoked, though.) Just a hundred days left! This is me, digging through my Dropbox for scraps.
