I keep seeing stuff about inktober and it makes me really want to participate. And then I’m just like, “oh yeah, I can’t draw” ��

Focus on a theme, and you can learn how to draw that thing in a month! (Last year, I did birds, this year, I’m doing hands.)
Me and my daughter, doing hand Inktober, day 2. Today: fingerguns. The top one was her hands, drawn by me, and the bottom my hands, drawn by her. And yes, I have cartoony baby hands. Her proportions are good.
Me and my daughter are doing Inktober this year, with a focus on drawing hands. We started out with the Live Long and Prosper greeting.
I drew the upper one. Her hoodie gave her such a mystical look, I needed to get her head into the picture, too. She drew the lower one, of my baby hands. (The proportions are accurate.)
