I sometimes look at boss battles from video games online. Some of them have really great designs, or even move sets that help inspire me.

music is good... friends are good too.. but it's commission stuff so unfortunately there's not much to trade in terms of ideas BUT FUCK I can't wait to be done commissions cause I have a mile long list of ideas and concepts I wanna draw and flesh out

I usually bounce ideas off of friends! they get me excited, and more often or not i like to create stuff with them

Awww, look at the Vex. Snakes are awesome, though don't limit yourself to those alone. Reptiles in general are fantastic, such as armadillo girdled lizards.
