Dad drinks red bush tea, 'Rooibis'

He made me a cup when I asked for green tea, and I love it

Last night I had a sore throat so I wanted some tea, but not green tea at night

I made some Red Bush Tea and mixed it with around 2 tbspns of milk, and 1/2a teaspoon of manuka honey

It actually tastes lovely

I've read it has no caffeine, and quite a bit of antioxidants

Anyone know what other stuff red bush tea has to offer?
