@annfirestar had a brilliant idea about Lace in a cute outfit yet again and this time I was inspired to draw some Rookharding beach time. Saarash likes to wear sunglasses, it makes it less obvious they are staring at their beautiful wife the whole time.

I’ve been playing Dragon Age: The Veilguard lately and absolutely loving it! Here’s my Grey Warden Qunari Rogue Rook, Asaara Thorne, and the lovely Scout Lace Harding 🫶

I kinda love how protective Lace gets over people she cares for particularly for Saarash because they never really has that. The Shadow Dragons had their back, sure, but it was also kinda Saarash's job and they were good at it so there was never really a need for someone to try and protect them that way. So I do thing the first time it happens (maybe someone in Minrathous let a nasty comment slip, maybe they had a run in with Ash's estranged sister who is a templar) and Lace let's whoever wronged them know one more word and she will make a skewer out of their eyeball... I think Saarash would discover something new about themselves right then and there.
