My roommate and I spent all morning looking for nice little places for us and I'm so excited right now 😭😭

Just had a long talk with my roommate over things that I have never said aloud to anyone ever, things that I have refused to even admit to myself. She let me in and I let her in. I feel shaky because I can’t believe I said the things that my anxiety writes and conscious makes me forget until I read over my journals, notes and diaries. Things that I still make myself forget. I’m just glad that we were both able to get things out. I’m glad I said the things I said, the things I said, the way I just casually mentioned my own self harm issues without stopping myself. I’m happy we were able to open up, smoke a few cigarettes over it and just fucking let it out for once.
