It feels like my best will never be enough, and Im just generally feeling very discouraged in life in general right now rooroo.

Just I'm obviously missing skills that other people already have and don't have to develop, and so I can't develop them and people can't help me develop them.

It feels like Polaris is shining upon me once more, however will it allow me to feel my way through the fabric without tearing it?

Hm it feels like it but only time will tell, but even if I do could I not take out my sewing needle and thread and start sewing things back together?

my homework is tracking my polyvagal state throughout the day. day one observation: sure do spend a lot of time in fight or flight! (we are not surprised)
