"Hey chicky," said Blue Belle, standing next to her partner, who was sadly leaning on a roof post. "Why the long beak?" A rooster joke normally made him at least crack a smile, but not tonight it would seem. "Hey Belle... I just, it-its nothing," he said. Blue Belle sighed... then, she had an idea. Her dignity may be at stake, but dammit, she wanted her chicken boy to smile. "Hey, c'mon, I've got just the thing to cheer you up."

"Hey, c'mon, I've got just the thing to cheer you up." She held out her hand to her partner, who just glanced up at her before looking back down at the ground below them.
"Odyssey. . .I know you're upset about what happened but we saved Paris." She tried reassuring him, hand still held out for him to take. "Hawkmoth isn't around anymore everything will be okay. . ." She mumbled, eyes watering a bit as he flinched. She was lying and they both knew it. Hawkmoth had gotten away, not without causing major damage.
"Hawkmoth is gone. . .I'm safe. . ." He said softly, wringing his hands together. Blue Belle gently pried his hands apart, forcing the boy up from his spot on the roof.
"Everything is alright now chicky." She slowly moved his hands to be around her waist, and put hers around his neck. "Dance with me, and forgot the world is watching. . ." She muttered in his ear, resting her head upon his shoulder.
Everything seemed to calm down as they slowly danced, rain beginning to gracefully fall from the sky, the two heros illuminated against the grey background of Paris.
