They are leaves called spathes that flare from the base of the spike where the actual tiny flowers grow. These durable, easy-care flowering indoor plants feature a color explosion in glossy purple or deep lilac which fades to pale pink, standing above rich green leaves. The “flowers” of the Anthurium are some of the longest-lasting on earth, which means that dazzling color will last in your home or office for months.
