Jawge Hughes Sr., a accomplished keyboardist, programmer, vocalist and engineer;was born and raised in St.Thomas USVI. Jawge studied improvisation at UVI St.Thomas campus, then moved to LA in 1976 where he studied Composition and Electronic music at CSUDH. ___________________ Jawge Hughes, a reggae master has supported legendary acts such as Bunny Wailer, Judy Mowatt, Joe Higgs, Freddie McGregor, The Itals, Akon, Matisyahu, Dennis Brown, Slightly Stoopid, Dirty Heads, The Wailing Souls, and Nkulee Dube just to name a few. ____________ Jawge has toured the World with The original Wailers Band featuring Jr. Marvin, and Al Anderson.
