Hi! May I please suggest changing the phrasing on your FAQ? "I am on the aroace spectrum" could be changed to "I am involved in ace discourse" - because the rule seems to be about the discourse, not the identity. Not all aromantics or asexuals are involved in discourse, nor are all people involved in the discourse aromantic or asexual. Your server looks like such a kind place, I'll be joining it when I'm next on a computer! :)
Hello, sorry for the late reply and thank you for the ask! We will change the wording based on your suggestion.
We know not everyone is involved in discourse, however some aroace people might be scared of encountering aphobes or not being welcome based solely on the fact they are aroace. This is why we want to reinforce the notion that they are completely welcome, even regardless of their stance on acecourse. The same goes for systems.
