lol! Yeah- I guess Keto is sometimes referred too as the 'bullet proof diet' unless I'm getting that confused. But it's a thing that people came up with at some point in time to make really high-fat, low-carb coffee drink that is supposed to be super good for your energy/metabolism.

Not something you should combine with your diet if you aren't on an overall low carb diet- in my opinion. Because then you're just high-fat in the morning and high-carb the rest of the time and thats bad lol
