LOL, I am an epileptic octopus. I'm gym shopping, and this is gym trial no. 2 at @CardioEnergie. I tried out their LesMills Bodypump class and boy did I sweat! I loved every burning moment as we did endless squats, lunges, and upper body using the bar. The facilities look nice and well kept, with a large areobics, spinning and circuit training room. The locker room is clean and there's a small sauna. This gym is a strong choice after being left out from Gold's Gym Dix30.
