While we are on the topic of things the cartoons botched, you cannot convince me the reason the Kadma was the ‘queen of Zamballa’ is not because those Disney executives saw two old women living together and having a fucking orphanage together and decided that was way too gay. So therefore, I will not accept it; those lesbians lived happily ever after and never heard from Candracar again.

I also actually used to feel this way about Cedranda as well. In that she was just the closest a.k.a. only female that was also a villain that they could pair Cedric with so that his swallowing a man whole because he was mad at him didn’t come off quite so suspicious, but reizeri has helped me come around to quite like it.

So, I really like the violet eyes they gave Toon!Cedric, but... they also make very little sense. Why have someone who is supposed to pose as an earth human have unhuman colored eyes? Isn’t that rather obvious...? And furthermore why do they change color again when he transforms, if he already has non-human eyes in human form why would they change again to a different shade of non-human eyes in his snake form? Also, it renders the whole conversation about Elyon’s perfect guy half mute because he doesn’t have blue eyes!!!

Like, make them blue or leave them purple all the time.
