Bandit and Artificer skins I’ve been working on

Working on Arti was nice and wonderful but Bandit I spent like two hours rotating a gun putting it in unity seeing it in game and repeating the cycle but its ok because i figured it out in the end right now though I still have Bandit’s weapons to texture now

I want to make skins with this theme for Captain, Loader and Huntress. At least that’s what I have rough ideas for at the moment. It’s been a lot of fun taking apart these models and learning how ror2 materials work 😄

And I guess under the cut if you are interested in the rough AU I made up on the fly to support this theme???

I thought it would be really funny for Bandit to be a Private Investor (going for Noir Detective here). Reasoning how that would work for a guy called Bandit, I like the idea of him being an ex-Mafioso. He left the scene to cut ties “turn over a new leaf” But he’s kind of struggling but at least the work he gets is interesting. He’s got all the chops all the skills to really do it all but, he’s also seemingly got a bad luck streak.

He some times gets approached from a mysterious lady— Artificer. She has all sorts of gossip and insider info, she investigates things too but, she passes on the info to Bandit and offers generous sums of money. He likes to push her buttons some times just to see her reaction, she usually playfully retaliates.

As for Captain and Loader I liked the idea of him being The Mob boss and Loader his bodyguard of sorts. He thinks Bandit ought to come back to the family, and Loader well, she caught Bandit really drunk once and she was nice enough to drive him home. Bandit’s ties to Captain kind of freaks him out, but he’s more embarrassed and can’t look Loader in the eye.

Finally, Huntress is a bounty hunter whos friends with Bandit even during his little P.I endeavour. She’s mostly just a little confused by the career change but she doesn’t mind because he ropes her in and she finds it all entertaining.

Anyways I havent thought about it that hard dont take it too seriously i am just having fun ❤️
