This is the second time I've had a dream about HBOGoT doing something too good to be true and saying in the dream "if this is a dream I'm gonna be so pissed." First one involved youngest Tyrell, last night's was second-to-youngest. The year is 2024. I don't even watch House of the Dragon. I WILLFULLY do not watch House of the Dragon because I am not Fleetwood Mac, I WILL break the chain. It appears, however, I also will never get away from the sound of the roses I love.
Anyway. More Cersei stans should read "The Vampire Lestat" so I can have opinions on Gabrielle de Lioncourt with them. The audiobook is free on youtube and the reader puts his whole pussy into it.
Ok ok BUT GARNET probably saw only ONE outcome when Rose was PREGNANT WITH STEVEN AND WHAT IF SHE COMFORTED PEARL AND AMETHYST BY SAYING SHE SAW MANY POSSIBLE OUTCOMES BUT SHE REALLY ONLY KNEW THERE WAS ONE OMG NO DONT DO THIS
Showing Corinne the Margaery and Loras deleted scene from s2
Corinne (as Loras starts crying): Let it out.
Corinne: I don't mean Loras, I mean you.
oh my word you can actually see Loras formulating a response in the 5th gif, by 6 he's just like "yeah keep talkin buddy. ok. ok. yep. gonna verbally eviscerate you in a minute. just waitin on u to catch yr breath. i don't waste my breathe when i verbally eviscerate people. what a fucking amateur."
a very important question for fae tyrell- do you think we will see the tyrell cousins in the show
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I do not remember for sure but I think the girls who show their embroidery to Olenna before she goes on the deeply out of character rant of being tired of having roses on everything might have called her grandmother? I don't remember. Either way though it'd be really easy for HBO to either pretend some of them were Margaery's cousins or (more likely/more seemlessly) have handmaidens fill the part that the cousins mainly play in Feast. I feel like the crucial thing with Feast that the writers will probably pick up on is that it's an audacious and memorable charge to the public-- one woman cheating on her husband who she can't have relations with anyway is a snorefest; what Cersei needs is a Huge Media Scandal (tm)
How A Righteous Man Raises A Rose is my favorite fanfiction.
Like ever.
Like I can't even handle these destiel feels but I love it.
I've read it like ten times now but it never gets old.
(It's another thing to add to my list of why roses make me sad, great.)
honestly I don't think she's gonna die. he'll find a more creative way of punishing her for her ambition like he's punished EVERYBODY ELSE
but he’s established that being queen is not something “she particularly wants,” so she wouldn’t be punished for ambition. She’s very much a pawn— a well loved pawn who has been given the skills to read people and understand politics, but someone who does not have enough agency to really be “punished” for doing what her family wants her to do, at least not in a way that GRRM condemns her, especially since she’s probably person who cares the second-most about her subjects (the first being Stannis “Fine I’ll Go To The Wall” Baratheon.) Margaery’s station and skill level is actually very similar to Sansa’s.
