This Rose Valentine's Cocktail is made with gin, rose syrup, fresh lemon juice, and sparkling water on top for a fun twist. It's a great way to show love on Valentine's Day or any other special day.
Ingredients: 2 oz gin. 1 oz rose syrup. 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice. 2-3 dashes of rose water. Sparkling water, to top. Rose petals, for garnish.
Instructions: In a shaker, combine gin, rose syrup, lemon juice, and rose water. Shake well with ice. Strain into a glass filled with ice. Top with sparkling water. Garnish with rose petals.
