This is a second type of Rosella I have in my food forest. It’s huge, fleshy and delicious! All my Rosellas are self seeded this year. Just finished hand crafting a little wooden tasting spoon. This one was created from a piece of walnut timber. Not 100% happy with the bowl of the spoon so it will stay with me forever ;). Bought a wood lathe yesterday that we should be picking up tomorrow so I can start making all sorts of rounded things XD Delicious homemade jam was gifted to us by the lovely Susan Blande
