Ingredients: 2 cups almond flour. 1/2 cup chopped celery. 1/2 cup chopped onion. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 2 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary. 2 tablespoons chopped fresh thyme. 1/2 cup chicken broth. 1/4 cup melted butter or ghee. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Set the oven to 350F 175C and heat it up. The celery, onion, and garlic should be cooked in a skillet over medium-low heat until they become soft. Mix almond flour, vegetables that have been sauted, rosemary, thyme, chicken broth, melted butter, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix everything together well. Put the mixture in a baking dish and make sure it's spread out evenly. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until set and golden brown. Enjoy while still warm!
