The new normal. I've known Julie since our boys were babies and have photographed her family over the years. I've watched her and the kids grow & change and I'll tell you - she is an Ah-Mazing Mom with two amazing kids. I simply adore this family and when she contacted me to say she wanted to do something different from our typical past outdoor shoots, something that reflects their changes and who they are as a family unit going into 2020, I was all in 110%! Amanda was one of the last teens I photographed in my old studio in August 2018, shortly before her Bat Mitzvah. We had so much fun! Two months later I left my studio behind, taking a blind leap (of faith) into 2019. Well tomorrow I get to create beautiful images for her little sister, who will also becomes a Bat Mitzvah at the end of this month. (Where did time go?) Seriously, she was just two years old a couple years ago!... Even better, Tabitha is the first person to be photographed in my new studio space in 2020 and I can't wait! Every day I walk into the new studio I'm filled with gratitude & joy. Truly. It only took 10 months to the day to land in the right place, but it happened and it feels awesome.
