Sweet Rosy Sky

We had a really weird day earlier this week where the sun had a haze in front of it all day making for some rosy coloured sunlight.  It looked strange enough outside but the colour of the sun inside our house all day looked like the light of a sunset even at the peak of the day.  There was rumour of some forest fires miles and miles away but I don't even know if that's what caused the mysterious lighting!!  

I love the second pic the most because of the cute, tiny black speck which is a soaring bird!  The bottom picture is from the sunrise on the same morning.  Craig was up to feed the cats and caught it on the iPad. (he's the best!)

Sometimes (usually whenever I DON't have a pen around) I write sweet blog posts in my head and then forget to actually share them (a problem I'm trying to correct!!!!!).  Hopefully, realllll soon, I'll start overloading y'all and it will be awesome I promise!!!  And until the aforementioned posts come out, maybe you could reminisce with me by perusing  The 60 Day Project from last summer (so many fun times!!).
