I hope this is okay I saw that drawing of Mendy, and wasn’t sure if you wanted it reblogged but I thought I’d take the time to tell you I think Mendy is amazing. As I navigate my own life with both gender and mental health, I like the thought of a therapist like Mendy being out there that I know would be so kind and gentle and understanding. Mendy's presence on my dash has been nice, and always makes my day better. So thank you for that. I know I’m a stranger, and I hope I didn’t overstep by sending this, but I hope this makes you feel better.

mendy is very much intended to be just me but if i was born in equestria instead, and ideally that world is a lot better and i could actually pursue my passions like therapy

as for the art, you can reblog it! my therapist told me i should try drawing the like, traumatized child ego state i have, and i realized i had done that before with mendy, so i wanted to draw what i imagine when comforting myself 🥺
