general opinions: Now, I’m about to tell y’all a big bit of trivial about li’l ol’ me. From middle school to early high school, I had THE BIGGEST CRUSH on this purple-haired nerd. I know he’s the “heartthrob” of the show, so that’s not unusual BUT STILL. I don’t love him as much I did back then,, nor do I have a crush on him anymore (pffft), but I still think it’s hella awesome how this kid from the future faced the biggest of odds and saved his own timeline with hope in his heart. C: And the fact he becomes a Time Patrol guy? SO COOL. XDD

general opinions: Not only do I ADORE her design, I absolutely love the development she has gotten in the show!! It is so great to see a big woman portrayed as graceful, heroic, and wise. And she’s voiced by Meg from Hercules/Lin from Spirited Away!! Gotta love Susan Egan and her sultry voice~<33 And the fact that she may not be dead is KILLING ME JSDFJLSKDFJLSDKFJSL–

ship with: none other than his badass wife, ChiChi!! (That poor woman doesn’t get the credit she deserves. Puttin’ up with a derpy husband who dies/disappears every ten episodes.)

general opinions: Ohhhhhh, Goku. You simple-minded nerd. DBZ is (not even kidding) my favorite manga/anime, so of course Goku has a special place in my heart! Even though Vegetais my fave character of the show. XDD But I absolutely love how unashamedly good-hearted Goku is and how he tries so hard to see the good in everyone, even the most evil of people. While that’s INCREDIBLY foolish, his pure heart is definitely something to admire. C:

So I heard you love Kung Fu Panda and wanted to gush about it with someone- BOOM! CLAP! HERE I AM! Kung Fu Panda, I declare, is one of Dreamworks's most underrated masterpieces. Rise of the Guardians (while a decent film) got a large fanbase and How to Train Your Dragon got an even larger one. In my opinion, the Kung Fu Panda franchise tops both of those in quality in art and story and characters. What do you think, my love?

To be honest, while I LOOOOOOOOOOVE RotG and HTTYD, I have to agree with you there!! While I think RotG had some gorgeous visuals, the style and richness of Kung Fu Panda is just PHENOMENAL. It’s so colorful, unique, and instantly recognizable! And while I think HTTYD has some really strong characters and storytelling (and it’s actually in the top 3 of my fave DreamWorks films), the characters of Kung Fu Panda are WONDERFUL! I actually have a deep connection with Po; both of us bein’ exciteable, chubby nerds who just want to find our place in life and make our loved ones happy.

I definitely agree that Kung Fu Panda is one of DreamWorks’ most underrated masterpieces. It has been said that the series will have more sequels to come and I really hope so, because I would love to see side characters, like the Furious Five, get even more fleshed out!

So… yeah!! Thank you for letting me gush about one of my favorite animated films, sweet anon! Sorry if this response is so long. ;w;
