RX7 over Ferrari any day, not to hate on them, amazing machines, but the fact that the car market can give us something for way less that is still so stunning to look at and drive is incredible !!

Mazda RX-7 (FD) - Cars & Coffee EDH 2/8/25
The Mazda MX-04 was a modular sports car concept unveiled at the 1987 Tokyo Motor Show. Using interchangeable fibreglass body panels, it could quickly transform from a coupe to a speedster or a semi-cowl racer. True to Mazda’s heritage, it was powered by a 150hp twin-rotor rotary engine. Though it was too complex to put into production, it did point to the fact that Mazda was developing a compact sports car, the MX-5/Miata.
Complete rebuild on the Mazda Rx7 FD rotary engine t80 turbo on and ready to go in the car.

Is it just me, or has the Miata always been screaming out for a factory fitted rotary engine as an option to go with the 4 banger? Lightweight, chuckable chassis mated to an ultra compact, Lightweight angry doroto motor screaming to 10k rpm. Oh how glorious that could be!
