Would Merida become an expert in positions and witchcraft in part six?

Sadly no, Merida and Hiccup won't get any magical powers or skills, as I want to keep the 2/2 ratio. Hiccup has Toothless and sharp mind, Merida has her weapons and her insane archery skill 👍

However, I do love Merida as a witch in horror AUs 👌👌

Have you seen the new how to train your dragon live action? If so, what were your thoughts about it?

Personally I have stopped giving money to live action remakes so I haven't seen it 😅 Maybe someday when it's on digital somewhere I might give it a go!🤞

What are your thoughts and opinions on the new How To Train Your Dragon Live Action?

Eh, kinda a mixed bag.

[🚨NEGATIVITY INCOMING🚨]

On one hand, I don't really care. It looks very uninspired, too 1:1 to the original movie, which then begs the question why it was made in the first place. They're playing it too safe, Toothless looking basically the same as his original counterpart underlines that. If you're not going to even try to do the story (or major visuals) in a different way, what's the point? So it kinda looks boring to me, and thus I'm indifferent to it. Especially with lacking the expressiveness that animation has, and the overall visuals reminding me more of cosplay than believable re-imagining. (It actually looks surprisingly low budget, the lighting in the hand touch clip seemed so fake.) But, if it introduces new audience to the franchise and to watch the original movie, then that's good at least!

On the other hand, I'm really annoyed at this "let's remake animations with live action, the BETTER format!" as if the original movie wasn't the one to win the awards. It just also feels like an attempt to milk the franchise and DW wanting a piece from Disney's live action cake. Are they attempting to "improve" the original movie with this? That kind of audacity is irritating to me, even if it's the original director at the helm again. Animated movies are still held on lower standard in Hollywood despite all the work the industry has done to change that.

So I'm both indifferent and annoyed by it. I don't personally care about it and just ignore it, but on the other hand it's a big symptom of this remake trend that looks down on the animated movies, and that I hate. I certainly don't mind people being excited for the remake and liking it, I just will ignore it and hope this live action frenzy will die down 🤞

Random question to give you a small break from editing, which movie (of the big four) have you seen first?

Ooofff, it's either Tangled or HTTYD, but I can't remember which one, lmao. I saw both Brave and Rotg at theaters when they came out in 2012, and I remember seeing HTTYD on DVD some time after release... Now that I think about it, it's most likely Tangled since the first version of it that I ever saw was a pirated recording someone had done at cinema, lol. So it wasn't out on DVD yet.

Hi, I want your opinion on Viggo Grimborn from the how to train your dragon race to the edge series. Just something random. But I love your rotbtd vids, keep up the good work!

Oh, um, I see the time has come to admit I have never watched the show (nor the Tangled series)... 😅 But from what I've seen from him around the net he seems pretty cool! I think he's a major antagonist, maybe even The antagonist? OH, and he's voiced by Alfred Molina, which is REALLY cool! (And thank you!<3)

Overall your masking and editing is amazing! I absolutely love that you added Toothless in this amazing series. I love how you added the realistic scratches of Rapunzel's cheek. Keep up the good work because it's amazing!

-Yes, there's gonna be bit more Hijack in Part 5, but I think the biggest ship scenes are left for Part 6. I'm all for slow burn lmao.

-I can't answer yet exactly who Pitch is working for, as that's a spoiler for now, but there's definitely another entity behind him! Part 5 is going to show a bit more of the situation between them.

-I don't have plans to pair Rapunzel and Merida romantically together, but I certainly don't mind if people wanna see them that way! As for whether there'll be any wlw ship in the series, we'll see~

-I've made a lot of progress with Part 5 these past weeks, but I still can't promise that it'll be out before end of summer :') But I'm aiming for August-September for now.

Thank you!!❤️ I first started using Photoshop around... maybe 15-20 years ago? As a kid anyway. And as for video editing, I've been using Sony Vegas for almost 15 years, so I'm familiar with it. Then I got After Effects midway Part 4, and now been mainly using it ever since. It's amazing and HUGE program, and I'm constantly learning new things!
