"Simply fascinating." Despite having looked the robots in the museum over repeatedly, Screwllum kept finding new, interesting little tidbits of information.

❛ Hey. Why are you doing? Rather, where are you going? ❜ You say this as you lick the blood off of your fingers. You aren't sure exactly who you just killed, but you knew that the man behind you was trying to sneak off. You weren't giving him the chance as you turned to him. Mismatched eyes latching onto his frame. You were already a bit familiar with him. A few too many encounters to call each-other strangers, but you weren't exactly fond of him either. He was annoying. ❛ Do you think you can just sneak away~? I'll kill you just like the person here. So don't take another step, "Friend". ❜ sc. @rotjoy
@rotjoy asked: ‘ i’ll stop bothering you if you agree to dance with me. ’
❛ Someone sounds desperate. ❜
It's not that you don't like dancing. In fact, it's the opposite. All wizards love to sing, dance, and drink... Yet you just hate being told what to do, or having someone ask you something that you don't want to do. It's your freedom to say "no", even if it may be something you'd enjoy. Someone could offer you the greatest sweet treat in the world, yet if they desperately wanted your attention you'd grin at them and tell them no... Just because you can. That's what freedom is too you, a you who is bound by the mark on your tongue and the inability to even choose when you die.
You can't help but continue to look at the man in front of him. Wriggling his way into your heart just as you had his. A disgusting sharing of emotions and feelings between the two of you that you both rarely allude to aloud. It's all through actions, subtle ones, that may be missed by those around you. A different sort of dance that you are always dancing with one another. One that refuses to allow true vulnerability, yet allows the care to still seep into one another.
That silent "I would do anything for you if you asked me too.". It doesn't need to be said. If you said it, it may even ruin everything. Your balance is delicate, yet it's delicacy is what makes it so very alluring to you. He is yours, you are his... yet those words never need to pass your lips. Instead, you can ask him questions that would make any other feel insane. He answers with glee in some cases and mildly exasperation in others.
It's truly thrilling; This relationship.
❛ One dance~ You better make it worth it... Or maybe I'll just kill you then and there. Would you risk your last dance like that? Well, I'm not giving you a choice. ❜ You grab his hands and bring him close, a hum as you do so and begin a dance that you claim would be his last. Yet, everything he does is thrilling. A constant ability to go beyond what you expect keeps him interesting. He never bores you, so you'd never get rid of him.
@rotjoy ♡'d for a starter !
❝ you know, it's been many many years since we've had guests from jarilo-vi here, i hope the golden hour is to you're liking. ❞
words are polite and cordial, though there's an undeniable underlayer of confusion on how sampo even got here in the first place. after all from what he's gathered, jarilo-vi only recently quelled the stellaron on their planet with the help of the express, with space travel no longer accessible for them for the time being. though here was sampo in the flesh, or rather, in dream, how curious. once he returned to reality he would have to ask how he was able to pass through undetected.

❝ seems to be the case with everyone we come across. ❞
a long sigh falls from the trailblazer's mouth, and the young man leans against the wall behind him as he looks at some of the inhabitants of the underworld. he sort of suspected life to be different down here, given they were underground, but he had no idea that the living conditions would be so hostile and poor. if it wasn't the fragmentum taking over, it was the constant short supply of medicine or the hazardous conditions of the mines. clearly there were more mysteries in belobog than they anticipated.

with a huff the oni threw the ( alleged ) gold bull at a nearby wall, the bull rolling over with a missing horn and a sizable dent in its body. had kuki been with him, she surely would've called out the illegitimacy of the piece, but unfortunately for itto's wallet, he had to gauge the authenticity of it for himself. though he was admittedly was clouded by the fact that it looked so much like his beloved ushi... how dare sampo blindside him ! glaring at the other man, itto shook his fist at the merchant.
❝ i demand a refund ! if you think i'm gonna pay for that you're crazy ! ❞
hi nephew : )
there are many things that akechi goro would say he is good at. to name a few: the art of manipulation, of worming his way into the hearts of the authorities and criminals alike to get away with more than he should, of driving a hard bargain against most merchants without gaining their resentment with it.
having a family — knowing how to treat someone who considers him part of theirs… isn’t one of those things.
sampo’s saved him, though, in more ways than he can count, and goro’s hesitance to let him in has slowly become more of a pedantic thing than any real form of a defense mechanism. what can he say? he’s stubborn. (just like his old man.) even if it was true at the start, (and goro is doubtful of even that, now that he knows him better,) he’s certain sampo hasn’t been manipulated into keeping goro around for a while now.
if anything, sampo’s been patient, and despite his best efforts, goro’s mulishness thaws. not that it means he’ll be any nicer to sampo for it. “i’m still not calling you uncle. it’d ruin my reputation.”
goro lowers his chin after that, leaning his face into the scarf wrapped around his neck so the rest of his words are muffled by fabric. he’s sure sampo can still hear him over it, though. “you can call me goro. … if you want.”
