Two of my favorite girls. @lolabettybrown was off somewhere in a mood as dramatic as this sky. #roadtrip #rotoroa #jucysummer (at Lake Rotoroa, New Zealand)
Rotoroa Island
Over the past couple of months, I’ve been doing some work for a pretty amazing place: Rotoroa Island. Rotoroa Island is a relatively new wildlife sanctuary in the Hauraki Gulf who are currently overhauling their existing website to encourage visitors.
It’s run by a dedicated Trust who are dedicated to creating and growing a working native wildlife sanctuary for New Zealanders to enjoy and learn from for decades to come.
My role in the Rotoroa Island website re-do has been, unsurprisingly, rewriting all the copy for their website, as well as creating some social media content for their upcoming summer events. I’ve loved being involved in this project because I believe so deeply in what the inspiring Rotoroa team is doing.
The website is still a work in progress, but check out what we’ve done so far. And then go check out the island.

An absolutely stunning day on Rotoroa Island this weekend.
A cloudless blue sky for the most part, the ocean was sparkling like diamonds and this particular beach was almost glassy calm.
And the water was clear enough for me to watch the eagle rays swimming from shore. Another perfect day in the Hauraki Gulf ♥
