This was taken 4 years ago to the day, my first Rock on the Range. I'm so looking forward to hanging with my girl Laura and seeing some rock Gods in 4 more days. #toolband #rotr2015 #rotr2018 #cantwait (at MAPFRE Stadium)

Absolutely love these days 💕
Currently having post-festival depression. I miss the vibes and the feeling at French's Camp. Walking along the river among the many friendly people, browsing the tents and wanting to buy everything, and just the overall feeling of pure happiness and good vibes all around. I can't explain in words how amazing it is to experience Reggae On The River. The first year I went, I only went one day. I just got a little taste of it. That taste changed who I was and put me in the right direction. It made me realize that there is a much simpler way of life. A life of no worries or fears. A life of positivity and happiness. This year I was able to really identify my feelings. Reggae On The River is one of my favorite places on earth and I don't want to miss it ever. Everyone is so carefree and just having fun. Walking through the crowd is like a circus. People are hula hooping, spinning, juggling, dancing.. Everyone is enjoying themselves. It's so irie. And reggae music is constantly playing. The environment also contributes to the vibes. It's in Humboldt county, about an hour and a half from HSU. Hills and tall trees surround the camp, giving the feeling that we're in our own little world. The environment also holds a lot of life, oxygen, and power which adds to the energy. I want to go back so bad. Reggae On The River 2016 cannot come fast enough!
Ugh there's gonna be so many rad concerts on the central coast after I leave for Humboldt. Like Tyga, Wu-Tang Clan, and the Misfits! So I looked up concerts in Humboldt County. There really aren't that many. But they're good. I feel like if I want to go to anything big tho, I'm gonna have to drive at least 3 hours 😕 that's the problem with Northern California is there is literally NOTHING up there but small ass towns, you have to drive like 4 hours to get to Sac and that's not even halfway home 😭 So idk about concerts yet. I'm sure there going to be tons to do with school as it is and stuff in the community. Thought I do want to make sure that I go to Cali Roots next May because I'm starting to think that it's the best reggae festival I can go to. They have EVERYONE you could dream of.
Oh also. Update on ROTR. I found out that we actually aren't going all 3 days 😭 were going Saturday and Sunday. Really bummed that I'm missing Friday's shows thought, because it's Inna Vision, Stick Figure, and PROTOJE!!! 😭😭😭 Oh well though, at least I still get to see Stephen Marley, The Congos, and Alborosie!! Too excited. It's in a few weeks!!!!
