this is going to sound like the plot of some juicy forbidden love pocket book so lets make this a bit of a fantasy (and yes its still smut... i just like random world building before that)

they revere the god who fought all those demons and curse the god who gave them lust. yes, seunghun's true title was the god of lust and he gains more power when him and the people around him are having bountiful sex.

the thing is being the god of lust was eventually going to lead to his own downfall. he made a mistake and it was too big to ignore so the goddess of light cursed her own child. powerless and unable to return to his physical form, seunghun could only watch as time passes by.

except maybe jinyoung was such a perfect priest and devoted follower of seunghun that he could defile a woman on such sacred grounds. very fitting for an unknowing follower of the god of lust and strangely enough seunghun could feel the marks of his mother's curse going away.

once he can go back to his physical form, seunghun should definitely pay jinyoung a favor.
