I already sent an ask about how much I your poo comic means to me, but I also wanted to say how much I like Darkwing Fuck. Most of the time, heavy set bald characters like him are played mostly for jokes about how ugly, stupid, or oversensitive, or pathetic they are, so having a guy who looks like me be shown as this emotionally mature character who's sensitivity is seen as a good thing just means a lot to me. ROWANNNN YES hes such a sweetheart i loved writing him. i know exactly what you mean too, like i didnt want a bald fat character whose appearance was played for laughs, cus like bald fat men exist in the world and are just regular dudes, & personally i really don’t like writing a character where the punchline is their appearance as opposed to the goofy things they say/do. i really like rowan hes very comfortable with just existing in the world as himself & putting his best foot forward - im so glad you liked him too!
