OC Halloween Challenge

Day 24: Haunting AU — Rowan Saltzman in Phantoms

Rowan Saltzman knew more than she let on.  She knew the bloody history of Mystic Falls, knew about all the things that go bump in the night, knew exactly what the two new boys were.  And she knew that Stefan Salvatore had killed her parents.  She tried to use that knowledge to get him to leave his friends alone, but she underestimated him and found herself the latest of his victims.  But Rowan couldn’t move on, not when her friends were in danger.  She tried, she really tried, to warn them about the monster they had let into their lives, but no one could see her anymore; no one could hear her.  Until Bonnie brought Jeremy Gilbert back from the dead, and finally there was someone who could hear the truth.
