Roworx Fitness Group Rowing Class *NEW UPDATED SCHEDULE* Starting tomorrow Thursday June 24th Roworx is moving it’s Tuesday - Thursday - Sunday Classes from 8:15AM to an earlier time at 7:30AM! All other classes will remain the same! This schedule change to an earlier time will provide more relief during the summer months from the sun ☀️ and heat in the morning while being outside. Weston will be teaching every Tuesday - Thursday - Sunday at 7:30AM so that he will still be able to help the Junior rowing program during summer rowing camps. Last but not least it will provide more time for people to workout before work in the morning. As a member of the US Rowing National Team from 2001-2004 he won a silver medal at the U23 World 🌎 Championships in 2001 and placed second at the 2003 Pan American Trials in double sculls and claimed a gold medal 🥇 in Senior 8 and a silver medal 🥈 in the Elite Double at the US National Rowing Championship in 2002.
