welcome to the world, roxanne deville, generation 3 heiress
“You’re incredible, you know that?” She smiles lovingly at her husband, her eyes getting a bit teary. “This.. this is a dream come true, honestly. Never in a million years would I think this would be happening.”
He softly kisses the top of her head and caresses her cheek, wiping away any stray tears. “Anything for my two girls. You both deserve the world, and I’d do anything to give you both just that.”
She feels herself about to burst into tears of joy, so she just quickly pulls him into an embrace and buries her face into his shoulder, her body trembling slightly with emotion. He’s gentle with her, of course, and holds her silently.
After giving herself a moment, she takes in a breath and grins, picking up Roxanne and stepping to one of the windows with Harrison.
“Look Roxy, this is our new home!”
Roxanne has quickly become Harrison and Kaya’s whole world. The two have both been on leave this entire time to take care of their daughter. He never thought of himself to be a big family man, but everything he does these days revolves around his new family.
They’ve been recently trying to find a new home to move into, especially since they’re expected to return back to work soon. The market isn’t the best in San Myshuno, however, especially since Harrison has very strict standards when it comes to their security.
grandma nathalie and grandpa vicente drove all the way to the city to meet their first granddaughter
“Wow...” Kaya gasps under her breath as the family walks into the penthouse. “Look at this view, Harrison! And all the natural sunlight this place must get must be amazing too.”
He chuckles, holding onto Roxanne as he lets his wife take in all the sights. “I take it that means you like this place?”
She laughs a little sadly and nods. “I do. Which makes me upset because there’s no way we could ever live here. Especially now that we’ll be starting new jobs outside of the force.” She sighs.
Harrison purses his lips and sets Roxy down before taking hold of Kaya’s hands, a coy look on his face. “Well you see.. about that..”
Her eyes widen slightly and her brow raises. “What did you do, Harrison DeVille?”
“It wasn’t exactly me, per say.” He starts, keeping her on the edge of her seat. “Buuuut.. there is a very high possibility that I already got this place for us with the help of my family. But in my defense, they insisted-!!”
“Harrison!!” She gasps and laughs, but making sure to not overdo it. She may be able to walk now, but she’s still healing after all. “I can’t believe you got a whole ass penthouse behind my back!”
“..Surprise?” He teases.
3 Months Later...
“Harrison, this isn’t one of the apartments that we were scheduled to see today.”
“I know, I know. But cmon, wouldn’t it be fun to at least let Roxy see the view?”
