Winter knew better than to believe that answer. The excuse sounded so familiar to her, and Weiss’ reaction to her question was a red flag on it’s own. With a small sigh, she glanced back at her sister’s makeup.

Her hand reached out slowly for the compact before opening it again and using her free hand to lift her sister’s chin to get a proper look at the bruise. Her heart broke as she did the one thing she hoped that she would never have to.

The little Heiress had put up a good fight-- she had improved much from the last time Neo had seen her fight, but she still wasn't at the same skill level as the tri coloured woman. She was still just too young and too inexperienced. She didn't understand how the world worked-- too clouded in the elite way of her life and not bothering to notice how things functioned for those down below. She knew dirty tricks-- Weiss knew how to engage in a proper fight.

Neo had seated herself on the younger womans waist, her hands painfully clutching the wrists of Weiss and pinning them to either side of her head, both of their weapons discarded further down. The little henchwoman just smiled down at her, head tilted slightly to the side in curiousness.

It seems she had caught herself a little white rabbit.
