Pretzel Recipe
Ingredients:
2 tubes crescent rolls dough
1/3 cup baking soda
3 cups warm water
egg wash for brushing
Coarse salt for sprinkling
Clean counter top
Sprinkle down flour
Open crescent rolls & roll out the dough
Pinch hard to seal the seams
Use pizza cutter to cut into 8 equally sized rectangles
Roll them up
Shape the dough into the pretzel shape desired
Dissolve the baking soda into the water and brush over the dough
Brush egg wash over pretzels
Sprinkle coarse salt over the pretzels
Bake @ 375 for 12 minutes
