and matt on the line change podcast is prob the best look you'll get into him! he's a pretty private guy, doesn't say a ton, but he clearly has sway and the guys respect him a lot. the chapters of the podcast that have the most interesting stuff about him (imo): Coming Up Roy (10:58), Tunnel antics with Doggy and Roy Cat (17:44), Keeping us young (26:42)

my fav notes from the line change podcast: the whole coming up roy bit (also how he and pld were teammates back in LA) where he has streaks of bad luck, "comes off as mild-mannered but he's so funny" (thanks charlie), can't tell when he's joking or not, "less is more"/"quality over quantity"

also he has 1 son (nico) and 1 daughter (lucy) and his daughter was born a few weeks ago!! very sweet.

so i guess the tldr is like: pretty calm guy, very steady, even-keeled and isn't fazed by a ton of stuff. very deadpan sense of humor, leads by example. hopefully this is helpful to you!!!!
