Roy captured Rayquaza recently, but since Rayquaza belongs to Lucius he can't officially possess it yet.
RVTs go to Raqua with Rayquaza. Same for Zirc, Onia and Amethio. At the end of the arc, if everything ends, Roy will still have in mind to have Rayquaza officially, and what if, Rayquaza does not follow him but rather... Amethio, who will have proven something which will attract Rayquaza towards him? Roy would be CLEARLY DEVASTATED...
What if Roy after arc 4 goes into an arc similar to Kieran and Ogerpon?
If that happens I already feel bad for him... This has been his goal from the beginning and if it turns into false hope...
