Roy's lore P1: The (model) airplanes
Roy Orbison was an avid enthusiast of building model airplanes. This is literally the 2nd last thing he's done in life. It started when he was a kid, when during the ww2 his mum worked in the airplane factory. Roy's son Wesley suggested his dad's love for (model) airplanes symbolised for him as a kid and teen the perspective of leaving Wink in the future (tbh he lowkey hated this town). In one of his press interviews he ranted how, as a child, he could recognise a model of an airplane just by hearing it. While showing his luxury house (pics 6-8) he made sure to talk about his aviatiory passion.
