Nothing! He already changed it. He looks young (because he is young) so he grew a beard to look more mature/so people would take him seriously.

RP!Aden has a heart condition resulting from some RP done early on. He’s unlikely to see serious consequences from it any time in the next decade, but in the right circumstances it’s potentially fatal.
Merrick suffers from very severe migraines related to his interactions with the Storm. He also has a number of sensory issues developed after his stint as a POW.
I almost included WoL!Aden in here but IDK if people wanna hear about that...
