Content Focus: Roleplay

Usual Activity: We're currently setting into a two-stage event pattern where one week we try to have primarily social events (Such as Server Events/Markets, Social Gatherings In-game, a guild movie night [complete with a movie list that's constantly being added to!] or old school dungeon/raid runs for achieves or transmogs.) or Combat-related scenarios and events the following week, allowing for a set pattern for people to know or to try to expect what sort of events will work best for their desires. 

Most of these events fall within the ranges of Sunday through Thursday.

Details: The Frostbite Contingent is a detail oriented RP guild that focuses on Engineers, Crafters, Security Professionals & Public Relations personnel who are trying to be some of the best Weapon Creators and Dealers seen in Azeroth. While most of their work is intended to circle around these professions, it never fails that something happens to hamper their efforts and to force them to take action to defend themselves or to take action to acquire needed goods in-between their various market attendances to make profit. (We even have two catalogs for members to add their hard created products to should they wish to have them sold at Server Market events!)

We'll also be launching a DM20 (Dicemaster Oriented D20 System) Campaign that will feature a full fledged Risk-Like (Similar to the board game!) adventure against a nefarious cult that keeps trying to corrupt and destroy our members. Some of these events will play host to a variety of horror based themes while members try to keep their wits and lives intact.

LF RP Guild (WRA-H) - Aeriandria

Hello, hi! I’m reaching out to tumblr in hopes of finding a new home for Aeri for Shadowlands. 

About Aeriandria:

A 115 year old skilled holy priest who has led a mostly remote life until the past decade, where she finally ventured out of Eversong Woods and into the world. Raised with a strong affinity for healing magic from pretty much the time she could walk, her skill as a medic was and is well-praised by her peers and her reputation is fairly known throughout Azeroth for both her front line and backline assistance in the recent wars and skirmishes. After the tragic deaths of her parents, she decided to strike out into the world to help wherever and whoever she could; an insatiable curiosity to see the world non-withstanding. Aside from being kind to a fault, Aeri is shy, selfless, and still a little naïve in the ways of the world and how they work outside of her small scope of experience. However, that won't stop her from pursuing her modest goals and ambitions, or assisting the right company in theirs. Currently, she volunteers at the Dalaran clinic, but is looking for more challenging work to expand her horizons and real world knowledge. Various rp profiles can be found here.

What I am looking for:

A medium to heavy RP guild that does at least 1-2 combat events per week, or at least one combat/social respectively.

A guild that is active any time between 1 p.m. to 11 p.m. PST (that's when I'm active).

I would prefer her to have a morally ambiguous/neutral guild to work for, even teetering towards darker aspects of RP are a-okay! (Just nothing outright evil, because she would probably decline ICly unless there was some compelling reason for her to say yes. She can also be easily lied to, this is negotiable under the right circumstances.)

I am not incredibly particular about DM styles, though I am most comfortable with a D&D type style of DMing personally.

Potentially interested in helping create/run DM events for the guild I join as well, as I do have experience and enjoy in writing one-shots/miniseries arcs.

I am okay with lore-bendy guilds (and characters), but like to keep it as lore friendly as possible. A guild that is blatantly lore-breaking would probably not be a good fit for me, but I support you. ♥

What I am NOT looking for:

Lawful Good guilds of any kind. As I want a challenge for Aeri not just for her skills, but her morals, I find these kinds of FCs tend to lend little development for her and leaves me with a stagnant feeling after a while.

This also goes for any performance type guilds, Aeri has no skills like that to speak of, so she'd be a terrible fit for them.

Social/Most House RP guilds. While I like to be social within my guild both oocly and ICly, I want her to have combat and to see some of the more nitty gritty side of things. I enjoy structured story arcs that help further her (and others) development. I play her more as a supporting character. 

Huge member counts. I find that I tend to get overwhelmed and have a bit of social anxiety in big groups. I find a smaller, more tight knit groups to be better for in-depth character development all around.

About the Mun: 

25+ year old human house cat that is mostly active in the afternoons and evenings. I enjoy books, music, aesthetics, writing, and making bad jokes that only I tend to laugh at. I have roleplayed for way too many years, and I have previous officer/DM experience. I'm super laid-back and tend to go with the flow of things as they come at me, life and RP included. I occasionally turn into a small ball of anxiety, and sometimes take depression naps. I may or may not be a Kael’thas stan.

Help retake one of the last sanctuaries in north eastern Kalimdor from the Banshee Queen’s forces! The Royal Apothecary Society and Ironscar Raiders have infiltrated Shal’danil and are using the Grove of Dusk and Moonpath Barrow dens for their own nefarious purposes. Join the ranks of the Airmid, Oghma, and Druids of Dusk; or lend a hand as a Civilian (traders, merchants, artisans).

(Members with a talent for weaponry and traditional combat skills may also join as a mercenary, and later join the Thornmane Regiment of Sentinels after freeing Shal’danil from the Horde.)

Branches of the Circle

Join the Airmid: The heart of the Circle, members of the Airmid branch are lead by Hierophant Mossweaver herself. They oversee the medical needs of members and tend to the wounded of their allies. Being primarily a group dedicated to offering relief in times of war, the Circle of Dusk’s Airmid are well-known for their healing abilities, both magical and mundane.

Join the Oghma: Masters of the arcane, wielders of elements and thought; these brilliant minds support the Circle of Dusk in all of their magic related endeavors. Researchers dedicated to artifact study, herbology/alchemy, and different schools of magic are welcome! Knowledge of offensive spellwork is not necessary to join this Branch.

Join the Civilians: Craftsmen, Traders, Diplomats; Skilled workers, these men and women are the lifeblood of the Circle of Dusk. Within the Civilian branch, members produce the arms and armor needed by other branches, as well as sourcing reagents and alchemical materials for the Airmid and Oghma’s experiments. The especially eloquent take on the role of Diplomats; furthering the Circle’s connections across Azeroth.

Join the Thornmane Regiment: [This branch will be available officially after Shal’danil is restored.] Acting as the main fighting force of Shal’danil, the Thornmane Regiment is a highly skilled squadron of Sentinels, Huntresses, Warriors and other combatants. These men and women have honed their martial skill to a razors edge. Their duty is to protect the other Branches and laypeople from harm when the Circle of Dusk is called into action. Enemies cower when the dusky purple cloaks and elaborate mantles of this Branch are seen on the battlefield.

Become a Druid of Dusk: (open to Druids, Shamans and Hunters) Train under Hierophant Mossweaver herself and take on the mantle of Dusk. Transform into a powerful bog beast, emit spores that may heal your companions or paralyze your enemies. Maintain the cycle of life, in which even decay and rot has its place...

Who we are looking for:

Currently seeking potential officers and members! OOCly looking for members with all levels of RP experience, given you have a level 80+ character. LGBTQIA+ friendly!

All are welcome to join; regardless of healing or combat capability. Most characters will find a home in the many branches of the Circle, from the combat oriented Thornmane Regiment to the resourceful Civilians that fuel daily operations.

The Circle of Dusk is Kaldorei and druid themed, with a focus on spirituality and combat. Worgen displaced by the fall of Teldrassil are welcome, as are all honored Alliance races. Warlocks, Demon Hunters and other fel-users need not apply. Death Knights are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

<Enudoril> is a kaldorei-themed guild with a focus on the restoration and preservation of Azeroth. There will be many druids of all totems involved, as well as some you have never heard of before. Those that are allied with the kaldorei may join, as it is not exclusive to the night elves. We need all the help we can get to save this world.

Enudoril is the renamed Falah’dure, meaning Caretakers of the Wild (whilst Falah’dure was the misnomer of Falah’dor to better fit on the tongue). This word was spoken by the Voice of Elune to anoint and bless. While different beings from those initially blessed, they carry the same goal to take care of the forests and wilderness of Azeroth.

Character Development

Speaking of character development, nothing is more satisfying than seeing a murmuring vagabond turn into a notorious kingpin or fledgling shadowmage turn into a dangerous void caster.

Friendly and Easy Going Leaders

We know how hard it can be to join a guild with people you may not know. Our Co-Leaders and Officer Core are made up friendly, long time roleplayers who are willing to assist in anything you made need. We are LGBTQ friendly and open and accepting to all!

Welcoming Environment

We know the importance of acceptance. Intolerant guilds or guilds that refuse to do whatever they can to help you fit in are not great guilds and they don’t last long. With us, our officers and leader will do what they can to help your character concept fit in or to encourage a brand new character. We will not outright turn you away just because your character does not fit in. After all, a character is replaceable and you can create a new one; we cannot create a new one of you. Should you need us to respect any pronouns or if there are triggering topics that have not been covered within the rules, you can bring it up to us and will be your champion should topics of such are brought up IC or OOC.
