Blinded By the Lights | Jay & Riane

The young man walked into set, taking deep breaths to calm his nerves. His agent managed to book him an audition months ago - his first real job that wasn't just as "Bystander #5" or some random cashier at a Mcdonald's commercial. He still couldn't believe he made it through though, not that he thought he did too bad, but it was just that out of all the other ones who auditioned, he was the one chosen for this role. What's more, he was going to get to work with the Riane Anglin, a young star much like himself - the only difference being that she's starred in blockbuster movies.

"Okay, you can do this, Jay," he muttered to himself, "Who knows, you might surprise them with what talent you have. You're gonna get to prove that you belong in front of the camera." He clasped his hands together after that pep talk, walking straight in and started greeting some of the crew, who turned but looked confused. Turns out he had walked into the wrong set.

"Shit!" he exclaimed, running out and looking for the right building - now he was just gonna be late for his first day on the job. Great.

As she was thrown off, she let her back crash against whatever was in the way of her fall, not even finding the strength to scream, or speak for that matter. Body limp, she finally noticed the bottles and pills spilled out on the countless surfaces the broken demon had in his possession, tears threatening to pill at the corners of her eyes once again. Turning her gaze to the outcome of her impulsive actions, she raised her hands to her cheeks, letting out angry sobs, her eyes wide in shock as the puddle of crimson pooled under the male. Standing up, her movements ragged and rough, she walked over to him, fighting back the urge to kick him, knowing that coward of an action was below her, even at the state she was in, “Its all your fault…” She cried out, hands still tangled over her face, “We were getting better and…” She just stood there, not knowing what to do with her broken self.

Ringing, there was so much ringing in his head. He shook it a bit, pain filling his ears, the feeling of internal bleeding seeping through his brain. He was ready to just give up, let this go, but those words... oh it was too much. Wrath let out the loudest, most feral, growl he ever had, moving quick to grab her legs and pull her down onto the ground. He couldn’t see fully yet, but he didn’t care, he could feel. He practically clawed up her body, dripping blood all over her before laying a hard punch into her jaw. “Shut up you fucking cunt!” he screamed, not needing another death of a love one on his conscious like she was trying to do to him.

“There’s no need to get emotional.” Damien eyed the girl, wondering what had gotten her so flustered. He tried to remember if he had said something that she could have gotten offended at. Nothing he could recall. “I didn’t mean to upset you.” That tended to cover all his bases in case had done something wrong, which he usually had.

Coming To Your Rescue || Jay & Riane

Sir Sebastian James -- or "Jay", as his co-workers simply called him -- was out packing for his long journey ahead. He had performed countless assignments for this company that prided in never having missed or messed up a task given to them by their loyal and royal clients. This fact didn't make him any less nervous, however, knowing that he had two weeks to complete his mission -- rescue a princess from a castle in the middle of the Forbidden Forest and deliver her to a prince in a nearby kingdom that was due to be wed before inheriting the throne. He took one last deep breath before hoisting himself up onto his steed, urging him to move forward as he began his journey. "Princess Riane... I'm coming for you." @rpcloud

The actual inside of the cathedral here was beautiful, it was giant, covered in stained glass windows, and had the most wonderful echo when footsteps fell through it. But the further you got into the church the stranger it got. The Nuns seemed... off... and everything was decorated in a way that made it look slightly occult and fucked up, of course that was almost undetectable to anyone who hadn’t been here for a while. “The Nuns chambers are down here...” Christian said oh so softly as he led the two of them down a narrow hallway, little giggles could be heard from behind a few of the doors, no doubts in his mind that it was some of the demons excitedly chattering about having a human amongst them for them to play with. “You’re here, in the last room, I wanted you closet to me in case you need anything or had any questions. My room is right down the hall, to the left, and up the stairs.” He smiled at the woman beside him, opening up the door to show her her quarters. “Has Mother Superior found you yet to give you the prayer schedule and your list of responsibilities?”

Damien looked up at the small girl, an eyebrow raised as to wonder what she was up to this time of the night. “Hey, thought you’d be asleep by now?” he called out to her, walking toward her as he did.

Jay knocked before entering the room, unfortunately not quite hearing what the other had to say about coming inside. Before he realized it though, his eyes landed on the woman before him – clad in nothing but some lingerie, and boy was his face red after that.

In a hurry, he closed the door, blushing like mad as he squeaked in surprise at his own loud slam. “I-I-I’m sorry!” he apologized, his breathing quick as he tried to recover from that experience.
