Keystone in HTTPD

This recent post, by Adam Young, about using rpdb to debug python CGI processes made me aware of how to enable Keystone to run under HTTPD instead of under an eventlet process.

The eventlet server is considered to be suitable for testing but lacking in the Apache HTTPD's security features.
