Hello hello if it is ok for me to be annoying about jewelzie again (as I am ALWAYS)

They love making breakfast together on the weekends, however they both kind of suck at cooking in their own unique ways.

It is absolutely okay to be annoying about jewelzie here; this is a safe space

It was by the third pancake that the smoke alarm started going off.

"I don't get it, nothing is burning!" Jewels exclaimed as she tried waving a towel over the detector.

"Do you have the griddle on high?" Suzie asked as she looked at the bacon grease splattering.

"Yeah, that's how they cook faster."

Suzie shook her head, "I think you have to cook them on low heat."

"The box didn't mention that." Jewels complained. After turning on the fan and opening the kitchen window, the smoke cleared out.

The timer on the microwave went off, signaling to the couple that the biscuits were done.

Suzie donned a glove and took the baking tray out of the oven. They both took a minute to look at the biscuits.

"They look a bit pale." Jewels told her.

Suzie shrugged, "I'm sure they are fine."

When all the food was done, the two put servings of food on their plates and sat down at the table. After a couple of bites, they looked at each other with disgusted faces.

"The eggs are crunchy."

"This biscuit is raw in the middle."

"The pancakes are...not great."

There was a beat of silence as they set their forks down.

"Want to go to IHOP?"

"Absolutely."

Hiiii!!! For the fic title thing: Night call

I’m gonna make this Jewelzie since we were talking about them a little while ago ❤️

Summary- Suzie starts getting phone calls at random hours of the night. She doesn’t think it’s a big deal, until the caller rings her at specific times every night. She tries blocking and reporting them, but nothing happens. They leave a one word voicemail every time. Suzie is unsure what this means until her classmate (and crush) Jewels starts getting the same calls.

Ok cute lydorzie prompt that’s been floating in my mind of a sickfic of just each of them catching the same stomach bug from each other so for like 2 weeks at all times two of them have to be taking care of the other sick one

Oh my goodness, I love that idea. That feels like something that would happen to them lol

Suzie expected to come home to flowers and a clean house, not empty bottles of Gatorade and half-drunken ginger ale.

She was gone on a small regional tour with her improv troupe for a few weeks while her partners stayed home. But then Kori got a stomach virus from one of her students, and then Lydia caught it.

In the few days that her partners were recovering and getting their appetite back, Suzie caught the virus that was almost on the way out of the house.

"Is that it?"

"I think so," Suzie said with her head still over the toilet bowl. "I don't get it, I haven't eaten anything since yesterday morning."

"I know," Kori told her, brushing red locks back with her fingers. "Lydia's been trying to get you to eat something all day. You're getting shaky."

Suzie stood up slowly with Kori's help. "Anything with a scent is awful to me. I can barely handle the Lysol spray."

"Yeah, I don't know why Sam gave us that pumpkin spice scent," Kori said with a grimace. "Or why we are still using it."

"Because Lydia likes it." Suzie pointed out. "Remember all the fall scent things she got last fall?"

"Yeah, we were up to our elbows with Bath and Body Works for weeks,"

Kori helped her back to the spare bedroom, where Lydia was finishing changing the sheets. Suzie couldn't wait to go back to the master whenever she got better.

As she got back into bed, Suzie spotted a plate with two slices of toast on the nightstand. Lydia stood at the end of the bed, eyes going between Suzie and the toast.

"Lyds, I just finished vomiting," Suzie told her.

"You don't have to eat it right now," Lydia told her. "But you need to eat something."

It was rare for anyone to see the goth girl look worried, especially for Suzie. But something was endearing about seeing this side of her.

Kori came back to the room with Suzie's reusable water bottle filled with ice-cold water. "We are out of the red Gatorade, and you should switch to water," she said, setting the bottle on the nightstand.

Suzie settled further into the pillows and looked at the water and toast. "I'll try to eat, okay?" she offered.

Lydia gave her a small smile of appreciation. "Thank you. Let us know if you need anything," she said before leaving the room with Kori.

Half an hour later, Suzie texted Lydia a picture of the empty plate with a few crumbs left on it, along with a heart emoji.

So it's usually Kori comforting Lydia, right? I want to explore the opposite of that!

"Hey babe? What pizza place do you want me to order from?"

Lydia got nothing in response. Kori had been in her office pretty much the entire day. She barely saw her come out to use the bathroom, let alone get food.

The dark-haired girl got up from the couch, walking towards the closed door. "Kori?" she asked after knocking. "Is everything okay?"

Still nothing. Not even the sound of typing or clicking.

"I'm coming in," Lydia announced before opening the door.

Kori wasn't in her desk chair. She wasn't in her drawing corner either.

She was on the floor, under her desk. Knees drawn to her chest, the only noise coming from her was wheezing.

"Kori!" Lydia exclaimed, going straight to her. "It's me, I'm here. Can I touch you?"

Kori's eyes glanced at Lydia, seeming to recognize her. She tried to say her name, but nothing came out.

"It's okay, you don't have to say anything." She wrapped her arms around her girlfriend, feeling her melt into the touch.

"I've got you. You're safe. I've got you."
