Genis is just watching Isaac, pondering if he should help the little guy. Not physically, but maybe by encouraging him. Genis wasn’t really sure if he was good at teaching, especially something that is natural to him, and it wasn’t like Isaac could comprehend what he was saying. “You can do it Isaac.”

Isaac almost seemed to understand Genis’ words and pulled himself to his feet by clinging to the couch. He balanced on two legs, still gripping the couch with a tiny but tight fist. He took a step. Then another. He let go of the couch. He took another step. He wobbled. A fourth step!

Flop. He was on his but now. He looked to his uncle expectantly, waiting for a response.

For some time now the littlest of the Sage siblings had been staring at him. Rather, actually, it was more accurate to say he was glaring at the convict. He could not blame the boy, traveling with a criminal had to be difficult for him.

“Is there...something the matter?” He ventured to ask, feeling uncomfortable now, even though it was only a child’s judgement.

Iron Chef: Regal Vs. Genis

It had been some time since he had seen the youngest of the Sage siblings, but today he and Genis were meeting for the greatest of duels: A cooking battle!

While Genis was certainly a good cook, Regal did surpass him with a number of dishes. Though, the ‘small knight’ did have the chance to further hone his skills since they last traveled together, so he was looking forwards to seeing Genis’ improvement.

“The dish I’ve chosen  for today is a chocolate souffle. It should be a fine test of your skills.”

Richard stared at the paper in his grip, the aged parchment drawing out lines that no long made sense with what he was seeing before him. Roads did not converge where they ought, forks appearing where there were no branches upon which to travel, whether it his own inability to navigate or that the worn old map no longer accurate, Richard found himself thoroughly lost. He’d not intended to be gone as long as he had, and with paperwork slowly accumulating on his desk back in Windor, he would need to get back soon. But that would first involve finding a map he could use, and he hadn’t the faintest clue where to procure one, much less at this hour with the sun creeping down along the horizon. 

“Excuse me,” he called to the nearest person, a boy with silver hair unlike any he’d seen before coming to these lands. “I’m sorry to trouble you, I don’t suppose you would know where I might find a map, or perhaps show where I am on this one.” He held out the aged parchment. “I’m afraid I’m quite lost.” 

He only just realized he did not even know the name of the town he in.

She’s super cute! I’ve only seen a few eps of the show, so I should continue it when I have the chance! But yes - we definitely should rp! I want to see more my fave character’s son around! c;

((It’s soooo good, but really hard to find to stream now that it’s been licensed for English. Oh well, Ill buy it and throw money at the creator! XD There’s also the manga to read as well! :D))

Isaac slides in and picks up Genis to huggle him. “Uncle Genis!!”
