Seeking RP partners: Romeo Riviere
While my main, Ryder Bailey will be MIA for the next month or so, I’m going to be actively roleplaying on Romeo. Except I don’t have that many contacts to RP with. Let me give you a run-down of the character, first!
Romeo is a bi-racial half-Midlander half-Ishgardian Elezen from Gridania; born in Ishgard. Several backstabbings and tonzes of racism left the twenty-one year old with more antagonistic sassiness than one could feasibly fit in a Midlander body. Although he’ll likely not resort to violence, Romeo is prone to insulting and pointing out character flaws in an ironic and hurtful manner. Once people get past that barrier of witty retorts, he’s kind of maybe an A-okay guy! Below are some RP Hooks:

Brume-born Romeo was born in the Brume; the low-life district of Ishgard, and sporadically visits it to laugh at the poor or donate meager amounts to orphans.
“The Brume’s perhaps the more sordid place ever. Like, go near it and the ‘sad’ is fucking palpable. Really. I’m convinced that place is why depression exists. Well, that and Highlanders.” Adventurer For some years, Romeo has been trying hard to garner what little gil he can get his hands on. This includes odd, illegal jobs. Romeo has a very dim moral compass. He might have done (and screwed up) a job your character has offered, or he might still do that now!
“What? You want me to retrieve six coeurl dicks? Okay. Sure. Just-.. I’d like the entire ‘50% pay up front because my employer likely didn’t have enough oxygen at birth’. Nothing personal.”
Courtesan Romeo worked as a courtesan for about a month, a year ago. Although he quit his job entirely at the pleasure barge he worked in, he still spends nights with people if a large sum is offered. Note: I don’t write smut if there’s not a larger story attached to it. For a quick lay, that’ll be a quick fade-to-black. If wished, your character could be a past - or current - client of Romeo’s.

Drugdealer Romeo deals in narcotics when not performing odd jobs or working as a courtesan. He will typically go to bars and offer his succor where he believes it’s needed. Currently he deals in Fogweed, moko grass, an Eorzean equivalent of cocaine, ecstasy and Spanish Fly. If you wish for your character to get involved with narcotics, Romeo can be your guy to hoop you up!

I’m active during UTC/GMT evenings, and most weekdays in the afternoon as well. I work on Fridays and Saturdays, and like to DM events on Saturdays, so those days might not work very well!
Mature content is completely fine so long as it’s plot-driven. If I’m uncomfortable about something, you’ll know. Trust me.
