We got pink and yellow’s names (pink is mochi and yellow is corn chip)

We learned that the iconic blue chased off black so that explains why she’s not in the first episode at all

I might’ve misheard this, but I think yellow went mrow at one point, so my friend’s theory on her being a cat is seeming more likely

We got to see Hugo’s transformation and it was amazing. It reminded me of a magical girl transformation.

run cycle is done!

the first one was when i experimented with using limited frames, so i did a quick smear! the second video is the full run cycle. it’s a bit rough at the landing spot after jumping, but i think it’s pretty good 😐👍🏼

working on the next assignment, which is a lift. that one’s gonna take a while since i have to do a walk cycle in the beginning then lifting the object

sooooo… i’m taking a drawing for animation class this semester, and my teacher had us choose a character to draw for some assignments

THE LIFTING ASSIGNMENT IS FINALLY DONEEEE! 😭 (first is the rough draft, second is the clean up, and the third is the final; though each clip is looped twice)

this took weeks to do with lots of adjustments and i even took out the walk at the beginning ‘cause i didn’t know it wasn’t required, but it was optional. i only did a run cycle, not a walk, and wasted so much time making one 🫠😭

next thing is big… it’s an animatic. like, an *actual* animatic. this is going to be different than the ones i used to do LMAO 😭 the assignment says to use a song, but idk what i want to do for this little dog, so i might just use sound effects like barking, collar jingles, etc.
