Short Answer: All the prompts for rrff have already been selected but you can still submit.

Long answer: The prompt suggestion form is always open! Since it's connected to this and the other fandom event blogs I run, you'll have to specify what event(s) you want the prompt to apply to. I can't guarantee the prompt will be used for the next event, but it's added to the bank of prompts I choose from when creating them
