Red Reishi Mushroom Cleanse

My cousin's wife had been raving about this Red Reishi Mushroom Cleanse (RRMC) since last Summer, her entire family does the liquid form and I tried it once then -- tastes like bitter herbal medicine, however I didn't take it too seriously. I won't get into details on its benefits. Y'all can Google it. 

I did something I thought I wouldn't be doing, and that was advising my mother and my second aunt to consider going on this cleanse since New Year. By the looks of their dull complexions I can tell their qi (energy level) have slowed down rapidly this year. They've been catching the flu bug left and right, and limb extremities have been weaker considering their age.

So, for Lunar New Year's they traveled overseas to Taiwan for vacation and also bought certified Red Reishi Mushroom powder in capsule form. Costs like USD4XX (four hundred and something) for 6-months supply per person. I believe their final decision was based on the fact my first aunt had been cleansing this method since last year, and they both liked the results shown.

Well, yesterday was Day001 of my cleansing experiment. I expected to get rid of a lot of toxins. By half day, my body felt warmer so I had the urge to drink lots of water which led to excreting liquids. Wow! This stuff seems to work. What I want to achieve out of this procedure? Better complexion, better metabolism, and balance my hormones. Life can get stressful.

Day002 of my cleansing, my body feels tingly and kept warmer. My mother, on the other hand, had started her cleanse a week prior from mines. She told me the full details to her results and mine's wasn't the same. I hadn't experienced this type of cleansing before so I was fairly nervous. I can't explain it in detail as it may offend you. I just hope the existing results were produced because I am younger than my mother, aunts, and cousins, so I may have less toxins in my body from the start to get rid of. LOL!

My mother's second week on this cleanse, and she feels more energetic. I guess her qi's finally getting back on track. Yay!

Recently, our good brother Mator of the Rough Riders passed away. And the rough riders, out of loyalty to their brother, have taken care of his widow until she moves on. But the problem is, she has moved on. She should have no connection to the rough riders, and honestly, after some of the things she's done, the brothers don't want to be connected to her. She picked up a new boyfriend, and the rough riders dropped all ties to her. She can support herself. But she continually comes to RRMC events, like the Bucky O'neill camping trip this weekend. On the very first night, she was shitfaced at about 6. She was causing problems, wanting to fight with the brothers and their ol' ladies, she even tried to drive off with my 6 year old sister. She was asked over a dozen times to pack up and leae, but she refused. Many people asked who she was with, and she listed off a brother, and they asked him about it and he said he didn't bring her. That happened about four times. She needs to move past the rough riders, because she has no reason to be at any of the events. It almost ruined the weekend for most of the brothers, and honestly I don't believe she'll be able to remember it. Aside from that and one other problem, the Bucky trip was great. Good band, good food, and good company. I ended up seeing about 9 pair of boobs, including my girlfriends, which caused me and her dad (the President of the local chapter) to get into it. But it was great. Can't wait for next year's trip.
