#RRP300 (a not-at-all brief description of my favorite #richrollpodcast) I am a teacher and during the school year it is really hard for me to make time for anything new, even for a couple hours. I had heard of @richroll but hadn't listened to his podcasts. No "time" I told myself. Something I was already doing when this school year started, tho, was kundalini yoga. And to have one of the more well-known kundalini teachers featured on a podcast, well, it was easy to suddenly "find" the time. I listened to this one in about 5 parts over 2 days, including on the way to and from work and in a quiet few minutes before students arrived. There is more to this story. I was introduced to kundalini yoga ~10 years ago, during what ended up being a really uncomfortable experience (really attributed to one person with whom I no longer have contact). For many subsequent years I wanted nothing to do with it. My re-introduction happened last summer through a completely different situation, a more pleasant, easy, and healing one @carrieannemoss @_sadiedeluxe #annapurnalivinginnercircle #fiercegracecollective). The more I practiced kundalini yoga the more I sought out examples and teachers online. I ended up finding @gurusinghdaily on Facebook and followed many of his live classes. It was through his Facebook page that I saw the @richroll podcast advertised. Now I'm enjoying following both of them. #kundaliniyoga #healingadrenalfatigue #ptsdrecovery #autoimmunedisease
