I feel like Halloween has always intrigued this Riddler.
Its a time of year when people wearing costumes and masks was not only expected but encouraged—
And he's seen how putting on a mask changes people…how they feel more free…more capable to act out their own ambitions….whether good, bad, or indifferent.
He enjoys discussing and designing said costumes and masks with you…
